New York-based entrepreneur, Eugene Remm, builds businesses based on his passion for food, service and vibe — with the ultimate goal of creating authentic, lifestyle-driven experiences. Remm co-founded acclaimed Catch Hospitality Group which houses a combined 1,000+ employees across 6 markets (New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Aspen, Miami Beach, and Dallas) and has achieved notable success as a bi-coastal, multi-market operation, partnering with Tilman Fertitta’s privately owned Landry’s, Inc. in 2017.
Catch Hospitality Group recently introduced a new concept The Corner Store, an upscale take on a classic American joint in SoHo, New York. Following its success, the group is set to launch three additional standalone concepts in New York, along with Catch Scottsdale, in 2025.
Remm also co-founded Rumble Boxing as Chief Brand Officer focusing on all things brand, design, and experience. After scaling the business to 13 locations, Rumble was sold to Xponential Fitness (XPOF), the largest global franchise group of boutique fitness brands.

Meanwhile, the Catch brand continues its thoughtful growth, with recent openings in Miami Beach (2024) and Dallas (2024) and an upcoming debut in Scottsdale’s Fashion Square (2025). Catch first debuted in New York City’s Meatpacking District in 2011, followed by locations in Los Angeles (2016) and Las Vegas at the Aria Resort & Casino (2018), along with the expansion of its sister concept, Catch Steak Aspen (2021).
