New York Restaurateur Goes National with Unique Concepts

Remm co-founded the acclaimed Catch Hospitality Group, which employs more than 1,000 people across seven markets including New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Aspen, Miami Beach, Dallas, and Scottsdale. The group has achieved notable success as a bi-coastal, multi-market operation and partnered with Tilman Fertitta’s privately owned Landry’s, Inc. in 2017.

Alongside longtime partner Tilman Fertitta, Remm has expanded beyond CATCH with the introduction of successful standalone concepts The Corner Store and The Eighty Six. In early 2026, Or’esh debuted in SoHo as a live-fire modern Mediterranean concept, while The Corner Store prepares for its Las Vegas debut in Fall 2026, continuing the group's strategic expansion.
